Qualifications

3–5 years of retail management experience in hunting, firearms, fishing, camping, marine or multi‑department hardlines.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of assigned Hardlines departments (Hunting, Firearms, Archery, Fishing, Camping, Marine).
Maintain high standards for visual presentation, planograms, and seasonal displays.
Ensure policy compliance and performance through staff coaching and scheduling.
Lead firearms compliance with ATF and state/local regulations, including 4473 and related forms.
Drive store profitability by managing sales, expenses, schedule, and inventory.
Train outfitters on product knowledge, merchandising, and customer engagement.
