Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Retail Management.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem solving.
• Ability to lead a team and manage store operations.
• Knowledge of sales plans, merchandising, and inventory controls.
• Familiarity with firearms compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead firearm compliance sales standards per ATF, state and local laws.
• Oversee safe handling, safety, and customer experience in firearms department.
• Meet or exceed financial plans and sales targets.
• Open/close store; manage a Manager on Duty rotation.
• Maintain planograms and train staff; conduct performance reviews at the department level.
• Resolve customer and Outfitter issues; supervise interviewing and scheduling.
