CLK Multifamily Management is seeking a Groundskeeper for Cypress Pointe Apartments in Louisville, KY. You will maintain the community grounds, pools, buildings, and common areas, and assist the maintenance team with market-ready units.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Some weekends may be required based on business needs.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on community size.

Responsibilities

• Keep community grounds, pools, buildings, and common areas clean and maintained.
• Assist with preparing market-ready units and moving furniture/appliances as needed.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, buildings, and breezeways; remove litter and debris.
