CLK Multifamily Management is seeking a Groundskeeper for Cypress Pointe Apartments in Louisville, KY. You will maintain the community grounds, pools, buildings, and common areas, and assist the maintenance team with market-ready units.

This on-site role requires outdoor work 66%–100% of the time, ability to lift and move objects, and adherence to safety procedures. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and life insurance.

Groundskeeper
Reports to: Property Manager

CLK is seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team. The appearance of our community is one of our highest priorities, and it's the first thing residents and visitors notice. The Groundskeeper maintains the community grounds, pools, buildings, and common areas, and assists the maintenance team with market-ready units.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Pick up and remove litter, debris, and pet waste from community grounds
• Remove trash from buildings, breezeways, amenities, and common areas, and replace trash cans and liners
• Remove trash from dedicated trash areas and operate the trash compactor, if applicable
• Pressure wash and blow sidewalks, buildings, and breezeways
• Clear trash and debris from storm drains
• Clean the community pools, pool furniture, and outdoor areas
• Clean and prepare market-ready units
• Remove furniture and assist with moving appliances in vacated apartments
• Clean air conditioner vents and replace filters
• Replace exterior lights in common areas, breezeways, and other buildings as needed
• Clean and remove debris from dryer vents in laundry facilities
• Distribute resident notices as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Office areas and grounds adjacent to the road
• Parking lots
• Walkways and paths

Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to safely operate a pressure washer, leaf blower, and trash compactor
• Work is outdoors 66% to 100% of the time, in all weather conditions
• Responsible for upkeep of both the exterior and interior of the community

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, crouch, bend, and lift objects regularly throughout the day
• Must be able to lift 10 or more pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Items over 50 pounds must be lifted with assistance from one or more people

Requirements:
