Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Louisville to maintain the community’s grounds, amenities, and curb appeal while supporting the service team. Responsibilities include daily site inspections, trash removal, and assisting with make-ready turnover, with emphasis on safety and resident service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operations, involvement in safety trainings, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep common areas neat and litter-free.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments before make-ready and maintains storage areas.
• Completes routine service requests and assists with the make-ready turn process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gates meet safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
• Provides customer service and responds to resident questions and complaints.
• Adheres to safety policies and participates in required training and safety meetings.
