Job summary

LDG Development is seeking a Maintenance Team Member in Louisville, KY. This hands-on role protects, maintains, and enhances the value of the community by promptly addressing resident maintenance issues and upholding safety standards.

The position requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, ability to lift 75 lbs, weekend/on-call availability, and a solid customer-service focus. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, with some after-hours responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance is required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must lift at least 75 lbs and work 8-12 hour standing shifts.
• Must be able to work weekends and be available for on-call emergencies.
• Ability to embody the Solidago Standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
• Follow practices for safe operation, maintenance, and repair of facility equipment, including health, safety, OSHA programs.
• Responds to work orders promptly, including after-hours on-call maintenance requests.
• Assists with inspection of public areas and resident apartments to ensure maintenance standards.
• Adheres to air conditioning and refrigeration record-keeping procedures and disposal of equipment/refrigerant as required.
• Follows health department, city, state, and federal procedures for pools and spas.
• Keep storage areas, tools, and equipment secure at all times.
• Participates in Solidago training as required.
