Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license to operate golf carts on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrates customer service skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep areas neat and free of litter.
• Assist make-ready process and complete routine service requests.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates function safely.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
• Report hazards to supervisors and maintain compliance with safety policies.
• Provide respectful, responsive service to residents and guests.
• Attend safety meetings and complete required trainings.
