Job summary

Winterwood, Inc. in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain an attractive and healthy community environment.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a $18.00/hour compensation, with a $500 sign-on bonus and benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, PTO and more. The Groundskeeper will inspect grounds daily, plant and maintain landscaping, assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, and support make-ready work orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping or basic maintenance.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds daily for repairs and maintenance needs.
• Keep walkways and driveways clear of debris.
• Plant, weed, water flowers and shrubs to enhance the landscape.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a safe environment for residents.
