Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, and exterior areas of our apartment communities. The role requires working outdoors in varying weather and a strong attention to detail to ensure properties are well-kept and presentable for residents and prospective tenants.

Expectation includes daily trash removal, upkeep of common spaces, and assisting in preparing units for market.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, parking lots and community buildings.
• Remove trash from office areas and perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Assist and perform maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Clean available units and models as needed.
• Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues.
• Report maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
• Work on-call, weekends, and overtime as scheduled.
• Operate machinery safely and in compliance with procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
