Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and functionality of our apartment community's outdoor spaces. You will perform landscaping, maintenance, and general upkeep to create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, weed control, lighting and irrigation inspections, and assisting with community amenities. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable performance in a fast-paced residential setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance, make ready or related fields.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds through mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, watering and fertilizing.
• Remove weeds, debris, leaves, and litter from lawns, parking lots, walkways and common areas.
• Perform seasonal landscaping tasks including mulching, snow/ice removal and storm cleanup.
• Inspect outdoor lighting, irrigation systems and other exterior features and report issues.
• Assist with setup, cleanup and maintenance of community amenities such as pools, grills and recreation areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in common areas; sweep and pressure-wash sidewalks and patios.
• Maintain clean and organized storage and work areas; assist maintenance staff with minor repairs.
