Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds and exterior areas of our properties. The position requires working outdoors in varying weather and includes a Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm schedule with $16–$18 per hour compensation.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, timely completion of tasks, and safe operation of equipment, with opportunities for career advancement and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping experience is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office areas.
• Remove trash from office areas and property perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units, including removing trash from vacant units.
• Assist and perform maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist in cleaning available units and models.
• Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
• Work on-call, weekends, and overtime as scheduled.
• Operate machinery safely in compliance with procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
