Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, and exterior areas of our properties in Marysville, WA. The role requires working outdoors in varying weather, with attention to detail and reliable time management.

Monday through Friday, typical daytime hours, with overtime as needed to ensure property readiness. We value strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors and common areas
• Remove trash from office areas and perimeter daily
• Prepare market-ready units by cleaning vacant apartments
• Assist maintenance tasks in a timely manner
• Assist in cleaning available units and models
• Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, carpentry and electrical issues
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisor
• Work on-call, weekends, overtime as scheduled
• Operate machinery safely per procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
