Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and curb appeal of a multi-family community in Denver. You will perform routine grounds maintenance, light repairs, and ensure tidy common areas while upholding safety standards and resident service.

This 40-hour-per-week role offers a pay rate of $20.00–$22.00 per hour, weekend availability, and benefits including PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and parental leave opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in property management or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to use basic company software and perform routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal of the community.
• Perform minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager.
• Interact with residents and respond to maintenance requests.
• Assist with safety meetings and training as required.
