Job summary

Live AMC is seeking a Groundskeeper in Denver, Colorado, who will be responsible for maintaining the exterior and designated interior areas of the property. The ideal candidate will perform daily upkeep, manage supplies, operate tools, and ensure safety compliance. The position offers a full-time schedule with a pay range of $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, along with various benefits, including health programs, vacation, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to use grounds keeping tools and machinery effectively.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to take initiative to execute job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, including cleaning and trash removal.
• Take responsibility for care, maintenance, and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer on passageways to prevent ice buildup.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain required property uniform and ensure a professional appearance.
• Respond courteously and efficiently at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of company and community policies.
