Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance/Service Associate to uphold the physical condition of our community, ensuring curb appeal and clean common areas. You will support the service team, perform routine tasks, and assist with make-ready turnover at Greystar-managed properties.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds alone / 50 pounds with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep common areas clean and presentable.
• Removes trash and cleans vacant apartments during turnover and makes ready units.
• Handles minor service requests and assists the make-ready process.
• Maintains locks and safety codes for pool areas; communicates hazards to supervisors.
• Screens and communicates with residents professionally and adheres to safety policies.
