Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance associate to ensure the physical community is well-maintained, with attention to grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. You will support the service team in daily tasks and safety practices.

Responsibilities include removing litter, preparing vacants for turnover, and handling routine service requests while maintaining high resident satisfaction. Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds (50 with assistance).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep grounds and amenities neat and litter-free.
• Removes trash from vacant units and assists with make-ready processes.
• Handles routine service requests and supports the make-ready specialist.
