Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance associate to ensure the community’s physical aspects are well-kept and meet standards for grounds and amenities. You will support the service team and maintain common areas, assist with turn processes, and respond to resident requests with professional customer service.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, trash removal, minor service requests, and safety-compliant lock changes. A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on site.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep common areas neat and litter-free.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments before make-ready, cleans storage areas.
• Completes routine service requests as assigned by Service Supervisor/Community Manager.
• Changes locks per policy and ensures pool area gates meet safety codes.
