Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve the community’s grounds, amenities, and curb appeal while supporting the service team. You will perform routine cleaning, make-ready tasks, and respond to maintenance requests with a focus on resident satisfaction.

This role requires a valid driver's license for golf cart operation, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect community and maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal.
• Remove litter, clean common areas, and assist make-ready process.
• Complete routine service requests and respond to maintenance needs.
• Change locks as required and ensure pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and report hazards promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to resident questions and complaints.
