Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a General Laborer for the Kirby Road Asphalt plant in Clinton, MD. This role performs general labor, assists with plant operations, and supports material handling in a construction setting.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a strong safety mindset. Work is outdoors with potential overtime and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Industrial or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties including material handling and housekeeping.
• Assist with asphalt plant operations and equipment.
• Load and unload materials and tools throughout the facility.
• Keep plant and yard clean, organized, and safe.
• Operate hand tools and assist with maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards promptly.
• Communicate with supervisors via radio and signals.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 50 pounds.
