Amrize, a leading supplier of quality construction building materials in the United States, has immediate openings for a General Laborer to support operations at the Kirby Road Asphalt plant in Clinton, Md. This role performs general labor duties in a quarry setting, including housekeeping, removal of debris, and assistance with equipment and material handling.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Industrial or construction environment experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or extended hours when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general labor duties, including manual material handling and assisting equipment operators.
• Support daily operation and maintenance of the asphalt plant.
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and supplies.
• Keep plant and yard areas clean and organized.
• Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs on plant equipment.
• Monitor stockpiles and help maintain inventory levels.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate work.
