Responsibilities

• Assist asphalt crew with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment.
• Support paving operations with hand-grading, raking, and cleanup.
• Help paver, roller, and lute operators to maintain workflow and quality.
• Follow project plans and safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain tools and work areas in clean, organized condition.
• Learn operation of heavy paving equipment under supervision for growth.
