Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Forklift Operator to operate a 5,000 lb forklift in a rugged outdoor environment at our yard facilities. The role requires reading and writing in English, passing internal forklift certification, and performing routine vehicle and equipment checks.

Responsibilities include organizing yard inventory, loading/unloading from trailers, and verifying shipping documentation. The position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience operating 5,000 lb forklift in outdoor yard.
High school diploma or GED.
Able to pass forklift certification training.
Read and write in English.

Responsibilities

Operate stretch wrap machines, film roll up-enders, and extended boom arm forklift equipment.
Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures.
Safely load product onto and unload product from flatbeds and box trailers.
Validate packing slips, ship tickets, and other delivery documentation by auditing, recording and interpreting shipping documentation, weights & measures, labels and production schedules.
Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
