Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Forklift Operator to operate a 5,000 lb forklift in a rugged 50+ acre outdoor environment. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, loading/unloading, and handling yard inventory with safety at the forefront.

The role requires OSHA-style forklift certification, English literacy, and the ability to perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks. Join a team that supports growth and adherence to shipping schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a 5,000 lb forklift in outdoor yard conditions.
• Able to pass internal forklift certification training and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate stretch wrap machines, film roll up-enders, and extended boom arm forklift equipment.
• Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures.
• Safely load and unload products from flatbeds and box trailers.
• Validate packing slips and shipping documents, and record weights/measures as required.
• Other duties related to the job may be assigned as needed.
