Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Forklift Operator to work in our 50+ acre outdoor manufacturing environment in Illinois. The role requires operating a 5,000 lb forklift in rugged yard conditions, loading on flatbeds and ensuring accurate shipping docs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience operating a 5,000 lb forklift in outdoor yard.
• Read and write in English; communicate with transportation and dispatch.
• Pass Forklift Certification Training and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate stretch wrap machines and extended boom forklift equipment.
• Organize product on yard according to inventory procedures.
• Load/unload product from flatbeds and trailers safely.
• Audit shipping documents, weights, measures and production schedules.
