Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Forklift Operator to operate a 5,000 lb forklift in a rugged 50+ acre outdoor environment, including paved and unpaved areas. You’ll work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility, perform routine inspections, and assist with loading/unloading onto flatbeds and trailers.

Qualifications

At least 2 years’ experience operating a 5,000 lb forklift in an outdoor yard environment.
Ability to perform routine inspection, fueling and preventive maintenance duties.
Must be able to read and write in English and interface with transportation and dispatch teams.
Must pass internal Forklift Certification Training and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Operate stretch wrap machines, film roll up-enders, and extended boom forklift equipment.
Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures.
Safely load and unload product from flatbeds and box trailers.
Audit shipping documentation, weights, measures, and production schedules.
Perform other duties as needed on a temporary or permanent basis.
