Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Forklift Operator to operate a forklift in a rugged 50+ acre outdoor environment across a manufacturing facility.

The role requires 2+ years of experience with a 5,000 lb forklift, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass forklift certification and safety procedures.

You will load/unload, organize yard inventory, review shipping documents, and contribute to a safe, efficient operation with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating a 5,000 lb forklift in outdoor yard settings.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Able to pass internal forklift certification and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate stretch wrap machines, film roll up-enders, and extended boom arm forklift equipment.
• Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures.
• Safely load product onto and unload product from flatbeds and box trailers.
• Validate packing slips, ship tickets, and other delivery documentation by auditing, recording and interpreting shipping documentation, weights & measures, labels and production schedules.
• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
