Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Forklift Operator to work in a rugged 50+ acre outdoor environment, operating a 5,000 lb forklift in both covered and uncovered sections of the facility.

The role requires at least 2 years of forklift experience in outdoor yards, ability to read/write in English, and familiarity with inventory procedures. Competitive hourly pay is offered along with benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience operating a 5,000 lb forklift in outdoor yard environments.
• Ability to read and write in English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate stretch wrap machines, film roll up-enders, and extended boom arm forklift equipment.
• Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures.
• Safely load and unload product from flatbeds and box trailers.
• Audit shipping documentation including packing slips and ship tickets.
