Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Forklift Operator to work in a rugged 50+ acre outdoor environment. The role requires operating a forklift in both paved and unpaved areas of a fast-paced manufacturing facility, with duties across loading, unloading, and yard organization.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of outdoor forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, English literacy, and must pass forklift certification training. The job offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience operating a 5,000 lb forklift in outdoor yard.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to pass internal Forklift Certification Training and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and work in dusty, hot/cold outside conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate stretch wrap machines, film roll up-enders, and extended boom arm forklift equipment.
• Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures.
• Safely load and unload product from flatbeds and box trailers.
• Validate packing slips, ship tickets, and other delivery documents by auditing and recording.
• Other duties related to the job may be assigned as needed.
