Job summary

CraneWorks, Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician in South Haven, MS to maintain and repair mobile rental/construction equipment and on-highway trucks at customer sites.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems using OEM software and diagnostics, with a focus on safety and reliability. The role requires diagnosing diesel engines and brakes, traveling to sites, and providing professional service in a field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic troubleshooting skills.
• Independently diagnose problems, determine repairs, and complete repairs in the field with minimal supervision.
• Read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer job sites to inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair rental equipment in the field.
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and other repairs on heavy equipment and rental fleet assets.
• Respond to service calls promptly to minimize downtime and keep projects moving.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, repairs, parts used, labor, and equipment condition.
