Job summary

McCall Pest & Wildlife is hiring an Outside Sales Professional to expand our service footprint and protect homes and businesses. You’ll be on the move, meeting customers, conducting inspections, and delivering quotes while representing a trusted local pest control brand.

Training is provided, with a company vehicle and tools. A pesticide license can be earned within 90 days, and strong sales skills will help you grow your customer base across our service areas in Florida.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes to potential customers.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Educate customers and transition them into loyal McCall clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain a safety-first approach when operating company vehicles and equipment.
