Job summary

McCall Pest & Wildlife is seeking a Commercial Sales Professional to conduct interior and exterior inspections, provide quotes, and drive new business growth in the field. You will develop relationships with customers, partners, and communities while representing the Northwest Way.

Training is provided and a company vehicle is supplied for route assignments. We value candidates with sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, then offer quotes to potential customers.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Communicate value of services and transition prospects to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and enhance skills.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
