McCall Pest & Wildlife in Orlando seeks an Outside Sales Professional. You will inspect properties, provide quotes, generate leads, and grow the customer base across the territory, traveling as needed with a company vehicle supplied.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and provide quotes for potential customers.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Communicate the value of services and transition prospects into customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on industry trends.
