McCall Pest & Wildlife is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to expand our service footprint. You will inspect properties, provide quotes, generate leads, and transition customers while building lasting relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes: conduct interior and exterior inspections, then offer quotes based on customer needs.
• Sales and Lead Generation: generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Customer Transition: communicate value and convert prospects into loyal customers.
• Relationship Building: strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction.
• Ongoing Learning: attend regular training sessions and continue education to stay updated.
• Safety First: maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
