Whitmore Pest and Wildlife Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue by engaging potential clients, understanding nuisance wildlife and pest control needs, and offering tailored solutions. This role involves extensive client interaction in person and over the phone.

The ideal candidate will have sales and customer service experience, a passion for nuisance wildlife control, and the ability to convey the value of services to residential and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in nuisance wildlife control, pest control, or home services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients in need of nuisance wildlife and pest control services.
• Conduct on-site inspections to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Present and explain plans and exclusion techniques using consultative sales approaches.
