Under Canvas is seeking a Restaurant Manager to partner with the General Manager of Food & Beverage in overseeing onsite operations across restaurant, catering, bar, micro-market and coffee at our West Yellowstone location. You will forecast, plan, and manage F&B orders, supervise team members, and drive guest satisfaction and revenue in a high-volume outdoor hospitality setting.

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Current Food Safety Manager certification required.
• 2+ years of Food & Beverage experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous culinary experience preferred.
