This seasonal hourly role offers housing on-site for the duration of employment and opportunities to contribute to menu development, inventory management, and staff coaching in a rugged outdoor hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in a culinary leadership role preferred.
• ServSafe Manager certification and TIPS certification must be obtained by the opening date.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM of F&B with team member management, scheduling, and coaching conversations.
• Supervise day-to-day staff activities, assign responsibilities, and set deadlines.
