Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Food Safety Manager certification preferred.
• 2+ years of Food & Beverage experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous culinary experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal food safety standards.
• Track record of managing profitability through proper staffing and cost controls.
• Willingness to assist in all roles to support the operation.
• Good judgment, clear direction, decisive action.
• Willingness to learn and follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
• Strong influencing skills to inspire teams.
• Willingness to travel to support Task Force roles.
