Job summary

Astound is seeking a results-driven residential direct sales representative in Houston, TX area to expand our customer base for GFiber-Astound expansion. You will engage residents door-to-door, explain service options, and close sign-ups with support from a comprehensive training program.

This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with total earnings potential of up to $90k+ historically, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomously.
• Must have reliable transportation; some markets require a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and property management groups.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, restrictions and obligations; articulate solutions to customers.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
