Job summary

Astound is seeking a residential direct sales professional to join a field-based team. You will visit potential customers in their homes to discuss service needs, provide quotes, and sign-up orders, helping to expand the GFiber-Astound footprint across multiple markets.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and a strong path to six-figure earnings for high performers, with comprehensive benefits and training to accelerate success.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and referral sources.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property contracts, service levels and obligations and articulate solutions to customers.
• Distribute marketing material, build brand awareness and participate in marketing campaigns.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
