Astound is seeking a Door-to-Door Residential Outside Sales representative in Austin, TX and surrounding markets to drive new customer acquisition for our GFiber-Astound direct sales initiative. You’ll start with a base salary and unlock uncapped commissions, with earnings potential designed to reach six figures for top performers.

In this field-based role you’ll meet residents and property managers face-to-face, explain service options, and process sign-ups.

Qualifications

• Must be a motivated self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and presentation abilities to engage residents and property managers.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license may be required for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers through face-to-face interactions in assigned markets.
• Explain service options, obtain sign-ups, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Stay informed about offerings and promotions; report sales stats to management.
• Operate in a fast-paced outdoor field environment with a customer-first mindset.
