Job summary

Center City District (CCD) is seeking a Community Service Representative to greet, inform and assist people in Center City Philadelphia. You will serve as a visible presence on sidewalks, provide information about attractions, safety concerns, and help troubleshoot issues as they arise.

The role requires an outgoing, team-oriented individual fluent in English, with the ability to walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and work Tuesday through Saturday, 8am–4pm.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist people in Center City.
• Provide information about attractions, businesses and events.
• Troubleshoot issues and report safety concerns as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact to ground-floor businesses, offices, hotels and residential buildings.
• Welcome new businesses to the district and provide information and assistance when needed.
