Adams Outdoor Advertising in Charlotte is seeking Account Executives to drive sales of dynamic outdoor advertising campaigns to current and prospective clients in the greater Charlotte area.

Onboarding will cover Out-of-Home advertising strategies with mentorship from market leadership, targeting ROI for advertisers. The role starts with a fixed salary and transitions to salary plus commissions, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with computer software and technology.
• Good working knowledge of marketing research.
• Willing and able to travel, if required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Approach existing and new advertiser clients.
• Structure advertising packages across AOA's product portfolio.
• Handle contracting, scheduling and collections tracking.
• Communicate with leadership regarding sales projections and tracking.
• Collaborate with AE colleagues to create a positive working environment.
• Liaise with AEs in other Adams Outdoor Advertising markets to identify opportunities.
