Qualifications

• Degree in adult learning or related field.
• 4-7 years of leadership or training development experience with technical staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Classroom facilitation experience is a plus.
• Coaching skills or certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of content creation tools is a plus.
• Experience with LMS programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, update, and approve competencies mapped to the client group.
• Plan and lead training processes to produce outcome-based learning plans.
• Build and manage Learning Plans in the LMS with automated reporting.
• Source resources to create or improve training content.
• Lead or participate in Competency Assurance activities.
• Support competency assessment and development processes.
• Support change management by conducting training needs assessments.
• Maintain training records in compliance with policies.
• Promote a learning culture across staff levels.
• Develop and implement an Annual Training Plan.
• Conduct internal assessments, reviews, and compliance verification.
• Support delivery of training when required.
• Participate in industry advisory groups.
