Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a Training Specialist, Mid, to design and deliver end-to-end training programs that help users, support staff, and managers adopt new systems and processes in a mission‑critical federal environment.

You will conduct needs analyses, define learning objectives, and develop blended curricula combining instructor‑led sessions, virtual training, e‑learning, and performance support materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in education, training, HR, IT, or related field.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or T&D.
• Proficiency with instructional design methodologies and adult-learning principles.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering training for technical systems or complex business processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform needs analyses and define role-based learning objectives for diverse user groups.
• Design and develop blended training solutions including courses, e‑learning, simulations, job aids.
• Translate complex concepts into clear examples, scenarios, and real use-case aligned content.
• Create reusable templates, storyboards, and content standards for consistency.
• Configure and use LMS for curricula, enrollments, tracking, and metrics.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions and adjust delivery based on feedback.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement content improvements.
• Align training with system changes, agile releases, and deployment timelines.
• Coordinate training schedules and readiness activities for change management.
