Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Training Specialist 3 to deliver technical trainings remotely from Southern California, with occasional in-person equipment pickup at a Tech Bar. The 18‑month assignment requires strong instructional design and content development skills across diverse technologies.

You will design and evaluate training materials, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure training outcomes align with department goals.

Qualifications

• Formal training design certification is required.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and e-learning tools.
• Portfolio submission is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Graphic Design; 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers technical trainings on a wide range of solutions and technologies.
• Develops, designs, and ensures quality of training materials; acts as Technical Instructional Design Lead.
• Plans and facilitates development of training solutions to drive department outcomes.
• Monitors user outcomes, needs assessment and learning objectives.
• Supports implementation, delivery plans and documentation of outcomes; collaborates with stakeholders.
• Ensures feedback is incorporated into training programs and curriculum.
