Job summary

MAT Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise a team of 10–15, directing daily activities, workload, and safety compliance. You will train staff, monitor hourly orders, and ensure accurate pick/ship execution while maintaining high standards of quality and teamwork.

You will oversee onboarding, oversee training, and coordinate with supervisors to optimize productivity and safety across the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with warehousing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead 10+ people in a warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of RF scanners/systems and warehouse software.
• Experience with shipping/receiving processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department of 10–15 personnel in daily meetings and workload assignments.
• Train, motivate and direct the team to meet production and safety goals.
• Own accountability for department operations and results.
• Monitor hourly orders being picked and enforce policies.
• Oversee training of new employees and safety compliance.
• Manage overtime by coordinating with supervisors on workload.
• Address equipment issues and page maintenance needs.
• Support environmental projects within the department.
• Promote and uphold the company’s Environmental Policy.
