Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations, safety, and staff performance. You will ensure quality, productivity, and on-time shipments while maintaining strong customer service.

Responsibilities include supervising inventory, coordinating dock activities, training personnel, and enforcing safety policies. Forklift certification is required, and experience with 3PL systems is preferred. Join our team and help move the world.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years previous team lead or supervisor experience.
• 5+ years warehouse operations experience.
• 3+ years experience with MS Outlook and Excel.
• 5+ years experience with 3PL systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse area pertaining to quality, workmanship, productivity, recovery, sanitation and employee practices.
• Meet daily shipments requirements to guarantee service levels and ensure goods arrive on time.
• Monitor and expedite workflow of the dock area and escalate issues as needed.
• Train warehouse personnel in processes and safety and ensure team compliance.
• Lead inventory control including data entry, cycle counts and client reporting updates.
• Operate a forklift to pick up, deliver or move materials in the warehouse.
• Follow safety policies and ensure warehouse personnel adhere to procedures.
• Communicate problems or concerns with attendance, performance, and operations to management.
• Assist personnel to improve procedures and performance.
