Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and warehousing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Familiarity with RF scanners/systems and warehouse technology.
• Willingness to operate forklifts if certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department of 10–15 in daily communications and workloads.
• Train, motivate and manage the department to meet production and safety goals.
• Coordinate start-up meetings and assign tasks according to business needs.
• Monitor orders and ensure timely picking and shipping.
• Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and safety protocols.
