Job summary

MAT Holdings Inc. is seeking a warehouse department lead to manage a team of 10-15 in daily production and safety-focused activities. You will train, motivate, and steer the team to meet all daily goals while coordinating with the shift supervisor.

Strong communication and leadership are essential to ensure efficient operations on the warehouse floor. The role requires ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time, with attention to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication is required.
• Ability to lead 10+ people in a warehouse setting.
• English communication proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department of 10-15 in daily meetings and assign daily workloads.
• Train, motivate and lead the department to meet production and safety goals.
• Coordinate with shift supervisor and monitor attendance and overtime as needed.
• Oversee safety, quality, and housekeeping in the department.
• Monitor picking/packing activities and ensure orders ship on time.
• Support training of new employees and communicate issues to supervisors.
