Job summary

MAT Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Chickasha, OK to supervise a 10-15 person team, assign workloads, and drive daily production and safety goals. You will train staff, monitor packing and order fulfillment, and ensure adherence to PPE and safety policies.

You will also coordinate with supervisors, handle workload adjustments, and support start-up meetings while promoting efficient warehouse operations and Environmental Policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience in Warehousing.
• Strong written and verbal skill.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Judgement and decision making.
• Adept knowledge of RF Scanners/Systems.
• Use of computers and associated software programs including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to be certified to operate a Forklift (Order Picker, Sit-down or Walkie-Rider).
• Ability to understand basic throughput of a Logistics Operation.
• Ability to lead 10+ people in a warehouse setting.
• Shipping and/or Receiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department of 10-15 in daily communication meetings and issuing each team member their daily workload.
• Train, motivate and lead the department to meet all daily production and safety goals.
• Take on accountability for all department operations, actions and results.
• Assist with start-up meetings and report attendance issues to supervisor.
• Move people to other areas as business and attendance dictate.
• Monitor orders being picked on an hourly basis.
• Enforce PPE requirements and safety policies.
• Oversee training of new employees.
• Communicate safety, productivity, or quality issues with supervisor.
• Monitor weekly workload with supervisor to determine overtime needs.
